BioPulse Solutions Pvt Ltd. is seeking a talented and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, and maintaining the highest quality standards in our single-use systems.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of the production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery, ensuring on-time delivery of high- quality products.
• Develop and implement production plans, ensuring optimal resource utilization and meeting production targets.
• Supervise production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated and productive team.
• Monitor production metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, procurement, and logistics to streamline production processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to quality management systems.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes, optimizing inventory levels and minimizing production downtime.
• Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistency and adherence to quality standards.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and optimize manufacturing processes to improve profitability and competitiveness.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in production management, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in production management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production operations, meeting production targets, and driving process improvements.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software (e.g., ERP systems) is preferred.
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and quality management systems in the pharmaceutical industry.
